As part of Uneton48 short film competition, DOP Nelly Vuokko and myself entered for the first time. Having created a strong brand identity for our production agency, we were able to delve right in the film making after receiving our theme "bridge".
I rolled my sleeves up for the first time as a screenwriter and produced a multilayered Lynchian plot with an Andersonian lightheartedness in its visual language which I directed over the course of two days.
While the cut was colour graded, I designed and animated all the motion graphics, playing with a decorative typeface as the focal point of the graphics to further emphasise the sought-after aesthetic.
Finally, a series of posters practically produced themselves based on the strong visual identity of the short film.
